Tribal Meetings is a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) and a Destination Management Company (DMC). We have the capacity to plan and co-ordinate conferences, events, meetings, leisure, and educational programs in South and Southern Africa. 

We pride ourselves on being a young fresh and vibrant, self-empowered African company, based in Cape Town. Our promise is to work with you to achieve an event, or design a tour program that is smoothly executed, cohesive and inspired by creativity. Each project is unique and requires a fresh approach. Tribal Meetings recognizes this need, and approaches all projects accordingly.
